Refund and Cancellation Policies

Classes

To guarantee your place in a class, please submit full payment when registering.

 

Students may register with a 50% deposit up until 2 weeks prior to start date when full payment is due. If space permits, additional students may be enrolled in the Class up to the first day of Class with full payment.

 

If a student cancels enrollment in a class, the following timeline applies:

  • cancels 4 weeks or more prior to start date: 100% refund 

  • cancels 3 weeks prior to start date: 100% refund of deposit, 50% refund of tuition, minus a $35 cancellation fee

  • cancels 2 weeks prior to start date: No refunds, may apply the tuition credit to another class during the same calendar year as original class is scheduled IF space is available. Credit is not transferable to another student or family member. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Additional $35 transfer fee applies.

Workshops

To guarantee your place in a class, please submit full payment when registering.

 

Students may register with a 50% deposit up until 4 weeks prior to start date when full payment is due. If space permits, additional students may be enrolled in the Workshop up to the first day of Workshop with full payment.

 

If a student cancels enrollment in a workshop, the following timeline applies:

  • cancels 6 weeks or more prior to start date: 100% refund 

  • cancels 5 weeks prior to start date: 100% refund of deposit, 50% refund of tuition, minus a $35 cancellation fee

  • cancels 4 weeks prior to start date: No refunds, may apply the tuition credit to another Workshop during the same calendar year as original Workshop is scheduled IF space is available. Credit is not transferable to another student or family member. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Additional $75 transfer fee applies.

Core Atelier Program

To guarantee your place in the Core Atelier Program, please submit full payment when registering. 

 

Full Payment is due 2 weeks before each Term begins. If space permits, additional students may be enrolled in the Core Atelier up to the first day of the Term with full payment.

 

If a student cancels enrollment in the Core Atelier Program, the following timeline applies:​

  • cancels 2 weeks prior to start date: 50% refund of tuition, minus a $35 cancellation fee

  • cancels 1 weeks prior to start date: No refunds, may apply the tuition credit to another term during the school year  IF space is available. Credit is not transferable to another student or family member. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Additional $35 transfer fee applies.
